M/s Reed Consultancy (formerly as Reed Consulting Bangladesh Ltd.’), known as RCB was incorporated in July 2006 and later in 2018 with new management. Founded by Mr. Rodney Reed and Mrs. Ann Reed in 2004, RCB has worked in Bangladesh for last 13 years in social and environmental sustainability. From 2018, Phil Proctor and Fiona Stevenson are working as Advisor for the new management.

RCB serves companies by improving their profitability, productivity and efficiency by providing motivational techniques and leadership skill development for managers. RCB has highly experienced engineering consultants who specialise in pollution prevention and energy saving activities in industry in Bangladesh.

RCB actively promotes the concept of Social Responsibility – “every company has a duty to society” and actively supports the development of a quadruple bottom line, people, planet, profit and purpose i.e. 4P.
