John Hoegger is the Founder and CEO of Bayze, where they lead the development of an AI platform designed to enhance customer engagement for franchise businesses. With over 20 years of experience at Microsoft, Hoegger built the first Data Science team for Microsoft Office and played pivotal roles in various machine learning initiatives across Microsoft 365. Currently, they serve on the advisory boards of Events.com and reef.AI, providing strategic guidance in AI and data-driven growth. Hoegger is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Information Technology at De Montfort University.
