Robb Rogers is an experienced Exercise Physiologist with a current position at U.S. Customs and Border Protection since February 2024. Rogers also serves as the H2F Director for the 101st Airborne Division Support Battalion and Special Troops Battalion, and holds roles as a Strength and Conditioning Coach and Program Manager for the Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF) at Reef Systems Corp and Reef Systems Inc since October 2018. Previously, Rogers acted as the Strength and Conditioning Senior Advisor for the United States Air Force, overseeing physical training for Special Warfare students from January 2020 to March 2023. An extensive background includes coaching at various prestigious institutions and teams, starting from August 1985 until August 2021, as well as a position as a Pit Crew Coach for Richard Petty Racing from December 2016 to October 2018. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Performance & Sports Psychology and a Master's in Education from the University of Missouri-Columbia, along with a Bachelor's degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Missouri State University.
