Justin Mackey

Justin Mackey is a geochemist specializing in critical minerals and produced water. They are currently the Vice President of Mining Technology at REEgen, where they focus on developing sustainable mining technologies. Previously, Justin held roles at the National Energy Technology Laboratory as a Research Geochemist IV, leading projects on carbon utilization and critical minerals, and at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. as a Scientist. Justin also has an extensive academic background, with ongoing Master's and PhD studies in Geology and Environmental Science at the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Science from Northeastern Illinois University.
