Bill Kelly

Bill Kelly is an experienced entrepreneur, investor, board member, and advisor. They currently serve as General Partner at AgriCascadia, Chief Executive Officer of BLISCare, and Executive Chairman and Co-founder of upLVL, Inc. They also contribute as a Board member at Leavitt Risk Partners and have held board roles with organizations such as Great Minds and All Hands Raised. They earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in German and International Relations from Brigham Young University.
