Sheila Lampert is a Development Executive with over 20 years of experience in the charitable sector, currently serving as the Executive Director of the Reena Foundation. In this role, Sheila leads initiatives aimed at enhancing the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. With a strong background in fundraising, donor relations, and strategic planning, Sheila has successfully driven significant growth, including raising $12 million for the Lou Fruitman Reena Residence, which opened in 2021, and $18.5 million for another residence currently under construction. Previously, Sheila held the position of Director of Development at Robbins Hebrew Academy and served as an Asset Manager at The Equion Group. Sheila is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Commerce with a focus on Accountancy at Concordia University.
