Tracey Berman

Tracey Berman is a mission-driven and civic-minded leader with extensive experience in developing collaborative teams, improving community well-being, and ensuring regulatory compliance. From 2019 to 2023, they served as the Director of Operations at Community Living York South and currently hold the same title at Reena while also contributing as the Senior Project Coordinator for the National Dementia Strategy. Tracey has actively participated in various committees and advisory roles, including chairing multiple respite committees and serving on the Board of Directors for the Ontario Association on Developmental Disabilities. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from York University and have completed leadership and finance programs at Queen's University and the University of Toronto.
