Otis Pickens possesses a diverse technical background with extensive experience in avionics and customer service engineering. Notably, Otis served as a Bombing/Navigational Systems Mechanic in the United States Air Force from July 1976 to July 1980, overseeing the diagnosis and repair of avionics components for the B-52 G/H aircraft.
