Reeves Construction Advisors (RCA) is a project management firm helping HOA boards and property managers take control of their capital repair and maintenance projects.

Founded on a family legacy of trusted construction work dating back to 1959, Reeves has evolved from swinging the hammer to building the plans that keep projects accurate, fair, and on track.

We don’t do the construction. Instead, we deliver clarity before the first nail including:

Scope Development — eliminating guesswork and defining exactly what’s needed.

RFP Preparation — producing professional, ready-to-send RFPs.

Bid Evaluations — analyzing contractor bids for fairness and accuracy.

Capital Planning Support — helping boards budget, prioritize, and plan future repair projects.

Advisory Consulting — training boards and property managers to manage projects with confidence.

Why our clients say “You gotta call Paul”:

Accuracy that protects budgets. We’ve seen what happens when scopes are vague or bids are misaligned—it costs millions. Reeves brings contractor-level insight to prevent costly mistakes.

Experience you can trust. Paul Reeves built his career in construction before shifting to project management. He speaks the contractor’s language but represents your best interests.

Legacy of integrity. Since 1959, Reeves has been known for honesty, professionalism, and doing it right even when no one’s looking.

Serving communities across California and Nevada, Reeves Construction Advisors stands apart from engineering and architecture firms by offering practical, contractor-informed project management.

It starts with a plan.
It starts with Reeves.

Trusted expertise since 1959.
