Doug Skonord

Doug Skonord is a seasoned business executive with extensive experience in senior management and consulting. Since 1995, Doug has served as a Business Partner at Renaissance Executive Forums of WI, facilitating advisory forums for Presidents and CEOs. Simultaneously, Doug has been the President of Transition Management Inc. since 1990, focusing on developing high-performance senior management teams through customized plans. Prior to these roles, Doug held executive positions at Phoenix Products Company and Success Industries, managing operations and driving significant sales growth. Doug’s early career included leadership roles at Avery Dennison, where substantial revenue contributions were made, as well as experience in management at Western Sample Book & Printing Company. Doug's military background includes serving as a Captain and Lieutenant in the United States Air Force. Educational credentials include a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA in Finance and Management from USC Marshall School of Business.
