Melissa Moreno, PHR-CA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of People and Culture at Quartus Engineering since December 2015, overseeing all aspects of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition for a multi-state ESOP company. As an ESOP Trustee and Forum Facilitator for the HR Executive Peer Advisory Group, Melissa facilitates collaboration among HR peers. Previously, Melissa held roles as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Cavignac & Associates and Emerald Connect, and worked as a Senior Human Resources Coordinator at Illumina, as well as a Human Resources Assistant at MF Global. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management from North Central College.
