Crystal K. Spoor-Henderson

Crystal K. Spoor-Henderson has extensive experience and knowledge in the accounting and administrative arena. As a CPA with nearly 20 years of experience in financial management, she has led accounting teams in North America, Europe, and Asia for public companies – starting her career with one of the Big Four accounting firms. Joining Ref-Chem in 2019 as Executive Vice President, she continues her pursuit of strategic financial excellence. Crystal currently leads the company’s accounting, finance, IT operations, capital resources, and craft workforce development. She is a member of the Board of Directors and serves as Treasurer. Prior to joining Ref-Chem, she conducted financial planning and analysis for Burns & McDonnell in the firm’s largest revenue-producing region and was an integral part of the firm’s acquisition of Ref-Chem. She obtained her degree in Accounting and Finance from Kansas State University. Discovering a passion for engineering and construction, Crystal advanced her studies with a graduate certificate in Construction Management from the University of Houston.
