Carmen L. Camacho has extensive experience in business development and management within the coatings industry. Currently serving in a business development role at re:fab since October 2025, Carmen previously held the position of Regional Manager at PPG Industrial Coatings from November 2021 to October 2025 and progressed through various roles at PPG Industries from 2006 to 2025, including Account Development Manager and Account Manager for Home Depot Caribbean, overseeing a team of 30 sales associates. Carmen also held key leadership positions at Akzonobel LLC Paints, where responsibilities included managing a $4M sales budget and developing business plans, as well as marketing coordination and brand management. Early career experiences included roles as Marketing Coordinator and Account Executive at Gaither International, focusing on product analysis and marketing strategy development. Carmen holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications with a focus on Public Relations from the University of Puerto Rico.
