Dima Shvets

Dima Shvets has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Dima is currently a Co-Founder and CEO of Reface, a company specializing in AI/ML technologies for personalized content creation. Prior to that, they served as an Advisor to the President at Forbes & Manhattan Group from 2016 to 2019. Dima also worked as a Managing Partner at Imperious Group, a venture capital fund, where they served as an Investment Director to Principal and Senior Associate. Furthermore, Dima has been involved in various roles as an investor, including positions at OPTIC, Metatheory Inc., and Dapper Labs. Additionally, they have worked as a Startup Mentor at Founder Institute and is a member of the Forbes Business Council. Before this, Dima gained experience as an advisor at PLATIO, a Smart Banking Ecosystem, and as a Consultant at Civitta, where they contributed to startup consulting and managed projects related to EU funds innovation programs and b2b business acceleration.

Dima Shvets has a strong educational background in the field of venture finance and private equity. Dima started their education at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, where they pursued a Master's degree in International Economics from 2004 to 2010. In 2009, they also enrolled at the Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University, Institute of International Relations, where they obtained a Specialist degree in International private law from 2009 to 2012.

After completing their initial education, Dima went on to further enhance their knowledge and skills in the field of venture finance and private equity. Dima attended the University of Maryland and completed a course titled "New Venture Finance: Startup Funding for Entrepreneurs" in March 2016. Additionally, they studied private equity and venture capital at Università Bocconi in the same year.

Dima has also pursued additional certifications to expand their expertise. In January 2015, they completed the "Technology Entrepreneurship" program at Stanford University. Furthermore, they obtained a certification in "Venture Labs" from Stanford University in January 2016.
