Emira Blomberg

Emira Blomberg is currently the Chief Strategy Officer at Refapp, where they oversee product management and development, focusing on international markets and go-to-market strategies. Emira serves on the Board of Ntricity AB and the Advisory Board of Birn+Partners, contributing their expertise in business development and commercial strategy. Previously, they held positions such as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Folksam and a Managing Consultant at Assessio. Emira obtained a degree in International Business from Örebro University and has experience as a Recruitment Consultant and Marketing Manager at Prodiem AB. They have been active in thought leadership, co-hosting the HR digitaliseringspodden since 2024.
