Per Bergland

Per Bergland is the CTO and co-owner of Refapp, where they focus on building high-quality software products that empower users. Previously, they served as Engineering Director at Meltwater Search Center of Excellence from 2014 to 2018, overseeing the development of large volume data solutions and fostering an agile, sustainable culture. They also held positions at TIBCO Software, where they led engineering initiatives, and Carmenta AB, as Director of Research & Development. Per's extensive experience in the tech industry spans multiple roles in software development and engineering leadership across several companies.
