Tommy Semereaux

Tommy Semereaux has extensive experience in the staffing and product management industries. Tommy is currently serving as the Chief Product Officer & Co-Founder at RefAssured, where they focus on enhancing recruitment processes through smarter insights and eliminating bias. Prior to RefAssured, Tommy worked as a Product Development and Management Consultant and Strategic Advisor in HR and Real Estate Tech. Tommy also served as the Sr. Director of Product Management at Avionte Staffing Software and was the Chief Product Officer & Co-Founder at COMPAS before it was acquired by Avionte. Tommy has held various roles in account management and recruitment at Cypress HCM, LLC., Apex Systems Inc., and Acxiom.

Tommy Semereaux attended the University of San Francisco from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
