Inga Rose

Inga Rose has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Inga is currently the Founder and CEO of Reference Medicine, a position they have held since June 2021. In 2019, Inga co-founded Postcard Pal, a company focused on promoting joy, connection, and virtuous traits in children through mail. Inga also served as the Managing Partner at Lock, Rose & Associates from July 2020 to June 2021, bridging the gap between testing providers and technology manufacturers in the diagnostic market. Prior to this, Inga was the Vice President of Client Services at Science Care from May 2019 to July 2020, where they ensured the highest quality management and allocation of tissue donations. Inga held various roles at Caris Life Sciences from 2008 to 2019, including Vice President of Revenue Ops Product Dev & Business Advisor, Vice President and Director of Lab Operations, and Manager and Supervisor of Pharma Services. In these roles, they focused on revenue optimization, laboratory operations, and contract negotiations with pharmaceutical partners. Inga began their career as a Clinical Research Associate and Coordinator at Premiere Oncology of Arizona, where they gained experience in data management and regulatory affairs for clinical research.

Inga Rose attended Arizona State University from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry.
