Atman Gandhi

Atman Gandhi is an Associate at Reference Point with experience translating operational data scenario analysis into relevant business insight for organization leaders. He is an effective verbal and written communicator with success coordinating and operating within cross-functional teams

Prior to joining Reference Point, Atman was a Senior Financial Analyst at a large Fortune 500 technology firm. He was accountable for end-to-end financial management and performance of several key programs for the product line - where he generated and analyzed monthly forecasts, quarterly program budgets, schedule variances, and cost variance reporting. Additionally, Atman collaborated with program teams to enable early identification of key opportunities and risks and met with senior leadership to assess program status and key issues affecting sector financial targets.

He is a “Team-First”, cooperative consultant who offers a unique skillset and perspective. Atman graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelors in Business Administration in Finance, with a minor in Asian Studies.

Outside of work, Atman enjoys travel, football, current events, and spending time with family & friends.
