Bill Falk

Bill Falk is a Director at Reference Point working in the firm's Technology & Data services practice. Bill has over 25 years of experience in the global diversified financial services industry working with a wide range of product areas including: Treasury, Fixed Income, Banking, Mortgages, Derivatives, Investment Management, Capital Markets, Insurance, Risk Management, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance and Business Continuity. He has a distinguished track record of leading large global transformation programs, acquisitions, divestitures, and large-scale implementation programs. Throughout his career, Bill has been successful because of his ability to bridge business, technical, operations and program management to get the job done, bringing good people together in a collegial and collaborative environment, bringing out the best in each other to be successful.

Prior to joining Reference Point, Bill held various positions at multiple industry leading financial institutions, including M&T Bank, where he led the Profitability program rolling out the Oracle OFSAA solution; American International Group, where he served as Head of Treasury Technology responsible for over $60 billion in payments on a monthly basis as well as implementing a global payment hub and as the deputy to the divisional operations and system executive and chief financial officer and JP Morgan where he led numerous initiatives including managing the International Global Bond Index group.

Bill has his undergraduate degree from Lehigh University in Business and Economics and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from NYU.
