Ed is a Partner at Reference Point and helps lead the firm’s Strategy Practice.
Based in New York, he serves a range of clients that include retail and investment banking, wealth and asset managers, private equity investors and fintech providers.
In addition to some of the industry’s largest transformation programs, Ed has worked with numerous CEOs, CIOs, COOs, and boards on a wide range of strategic initiatives, helping both sell-side and buy-side firms implement disruptive technology solutions that significantly alter the way they interact with their customers, unlocking business value and achieving dramatic improvements in productivity, agility, and customer experience.
Ed has more than 25 years of experience in the wealth and asset management sector, where he specializes in digital transformation, enterprise cost reduction, platform strategy, and post-merger integration. He joined Reference Point from global fintech software provider Broadridge Financial where he was an executive in client solutions delivery and helped lead a multi-year effort to introduce a front-to-back wealth management platform utility for the industry. Prior to that, Ed was with JP Morgan, and held a number of consulting leadership roles including serving as a Principal at Deloitte Consulting where some of his accomplishments include launching a new wealth management practice, leading digital transformation services, and managing strategic engagements for large global financial services clients.
He holds a Master of Science from Columbia University in Technology Management, an MBA from Penn State where he graduated with honors, and an AB from Muhlenberg College. He is a certified Six Sigma Master Blackbelt and Project Management Professional.
