Frank Stone

Frank Stone is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and consulting. As a Founding Partner at Reference Point since 2002, Frank oversees company engagements and acts as a liaison between project managers and client executives, while also participating in marketing presentations. Previous leadership roles include President at Dakota Consulting from 1993 to 2002, and Vice President & Manager in IT Development and Merger Integration at Bank of America - Seafirst (1991–1993) and Seafirst Bank (1980–1989). Frank also served as Senior Vice President & Manager for Mergers and Acquisitions at Bank of America from 1989 to 1991. Frank holds a BS, MS, and EMBA in Chemistry, Computer Science, and Banking from the University of Washington and an MBA in finance from PCBS.
