Neil Rose

Neil Rose is a seasoned professional with a strong background in recruitment and engineering. As the Co-Founder of Referoo since November 2016, Neil has innovated the reference-checking process for recruiters by enabling real-time communication with multiple referees. Previously, Neil served as Director at Hannah Direct Sydney from April 2012 to 2017, and as Director of Sales for International Paintball Group from 2001 to 2006. Neil began a career in civil engineering working as a Graduate Civil Engineer at Scott Wilson, focusing on traffic analyses for motorway upgrades and conducting traffic impact assessments. Neil holds a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Glasgow, completed in 1998.
