Referral Village is a referral monetization platform that turns everyday contractor recommendations into tracked, paid revenue for real estate agents and brokers.

When an agent refers a trusted contractor using ReferralVillage.com, the entire transaction is tracked from introduction to completed job. Once the contractor is paid, they pay a minimum 10% success fee to Referral Village; then, the platform automatically distributes commissions to the agent, broker, and any affiliates involved.

Agents earn a minimum of 3% of the total job value and up to 6%
Brokers earn 1% across their entire office
Affiliates can earn overrides on total office production
Contractors benefit by gaining access to high-intent, referral-based jobs—without paying for cold leads—and only pay after the job is completed and paid.

By bringing accountability, transparency, and automation to referral relationships, Referral Village transforms word-of-mouth into a consistent, scalable revenue stream for agents, brokers, and contractors alike.
