Eric Ramirez

Eric Ramirez has over 11 years of professional experience. Eric began their career in 2009 as a Supplemental Instructor and Group Fitness Instructor at The University of Texas at San Antonio. In 2009, they also took on the role of Bakery Manager at Auntie Anne's, Inc., where they managed 3-5 employees and ran financial reports. In 2011, they became a Sales Associate at Nutrition Depot, where they sold supplements and helped individuals reach their nutritional and fitness goals. In 2013, they joined Cerner Corporation as a Delivery Consultant. From 2015 to 2018, they were Solutions Manager at Applied Research Works, where they managed the implementation of Value-Based Care solutions, customer adoption and success, redesigned clinical workflows, conducted software training for customers, planned, designed and created training materials, consulted on product development based on customer feedback, and assisted with sales presentations. In 2018, they became a Residential Real Estate Agent at RE/MAX. In 2021, they joined The Design Project as a Product Designer & Consultant. Most recently, in 2020, they became a Sr. Customer Success Manager at ReferralMD.

Eric Ramirez began their educational journey in 2008 when they enrolled at The University of Texas at San Antonio and earned a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science in 2013. In the same year, they completed a Certificate in Health Information Technology and Health Information Exchange Certificate, Healthcare & Technology from The University of Texas at Austin. In 2021, Eric enrolled in Ironhack to pursue a UX/UI Design certification.
