Erik Swanson

Erik Swanson is currently the Director of Customer Success at Refersion, where Erik has been working since 2016. Prior to this role, Erik served as the Senior Customer Success Manager at the same company. From 2012 to 2015, Erik was the Training, Customer Success & Q/C Manager at Online Legal Software. Erik holds a degree in Anthropology from the University of Chicago, as well as a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Washington and Lee University.
