Shawn Bayer

Shawn Bayer is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and software development. Currently serving as the Vice President of Engineering at Refersion by Pantastic since April 2018, Shawn is responsible for designing and architecting a scalable cloud SaaS application utilizing AWS and various programming languages. Previously, as Director of Engineering at Refersion, Shawn launched a payment solution for affiliate payments and managed multiple teams across different countries. Other notable roles include Big Data Engineer at Aggregate.ai, Full Stack Developer and Lead Engineer at Siphon, and Founder and CEO of VudooHosting LLC, where Shawn successfully created and sold a profitable hosting business.
