Tom Cole

Tom Cole is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Refersion since November 2024, Tom previously co-founded and held the CFO position at Pantastic from April 2020 to November 2024. Tom also worked as a Venture Partner at TransLink Capital, where investment in early-stage software and e-commerce startups and advising a cross-border venture fund were key responsibilities. As Managing Partner at Hone Capital, Tom co-led initiatives in Silicon Valley, while also advising ValiMail and leading Beau-coup as CEO, guiding it through a successful merger. Earlier experiences include serving as General Partner at Trinity Ventures and making independent investments and advisory contributions to numerous startups. Tom holds an MBA from Stanford University and a B.S. in Computer Science from Yale University.
