Carson Schultz

Carson Schultz is an experienced professional with a strong background in leadership and operations. Currently serving as Chief Of Staff at Refined Technologies since February 2022, Schultz previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Staff at Big Brothers Big Sisters Lone Star from May 2018 to February 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Pastor at Ecclesia Houston from September 2012 to May 2018 and Associate Director at Camp Ozark from January 2002 to August 2012, where responsibilities encompassed management in the Residential Summer Camp Industry. Carson Schultz holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Saskatchewan and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Briercrest Bible College.
