Jonathan Espinosa

Jonathan Espinosa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mechanical and project management roles, currently serving as the Director of Mechanical at Refined Technologies since March 2015. Jonathan successfully revitalized a struggling team through empathetic leadership and strategic direction, resulting in improved retention and productivity. As the Director of Projects, Jonathan oversaw major initiatives, aligning them with business objectives and collaborating with the Innovation Roll Out Team to streamline product launches. Previous roles include Operations Project Manager, where Jonathan executed over 100 global chemical clean projects, and earlier positions at Marathon Petroleum Corporation and BP. Jonathan holds an MBA in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Texas at Tyler, a certificate in Strategic Thinking and Leadership from Georgetown University, and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from East Texas A&M University, along with an Associate's Degree in Chemical Process Technology from College of the Mainland.
