Lance Broussard

Lance Broussard is an accomplished business development executive with a robust background in the chemical and downstream sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Development at Refined Technologies since October 2023, Lance previously held various leadership roles at Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, from 2019 to 2023, including Vice President Corporate Accounts - Global Downstream and Area Vice President for Global and North American Accounts. With a career that spans from roles such as Global Strategic Account Manager at Nalco Champion to District Manager at Nalco Chemical Company, Lance has been instrumental in managing significant corporate accounts and driving strategic growth initiatives across leading organizations in the industry. Lance began the professional journey as a Production Engineer at LyondellBasell and gained early experience as an Engineering Intern at BP Amoco. Lance holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Lamar University.
