Nico Sierens is currently the General Manager for Europe, Africa, and APAC at Refined Technologies, leading operations and business development activities in the regions. Previously, Nico held various roles at Ciba and Baker Hughes, including Sales Manager for Western Europe and Northern Europe Manager, where they managed key accounts and developed customer support structures. Nico's early experience includes technical sales positions at Brent NV and Nalco, where they focused on improving refinery process applications. They completed a Strategy Execution Program with distinction at INSEAD in 2016.
