Trevor Smith

Trevor Smith currently serves as the Director of Mechanical at Refined Technologies, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Trevor worked as a Project Engineer at Hill & Wilkinson General Contractors from June 2023 to April 2024. Trevor's experience also includes serving as an Outreach Coordinator for the US Navy from June 2022 to June 2023, and being part of SEAL Team Three in the Naval Special Warfare - U.S. Navy SEAL Teams from June 2017 to June 2022. Earlier in Trevor's career, a role as Manufacturing Supervisor at Johnson Controls was held from April 2014 to April 2015. In terms of education, Trevor is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, with an expected completion date in December 2025. Additionally, Trevor obtained a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Northern Arizona University in June 2023, and a Bachelor of Science in Strength and Conditioning from The University of Findlay in June 2014.
