Roy Araya is the Principal and Co-Founder of Refino Services, where they manage operations across a multi-state portfolio since 2010. Prior to this role, Roy served as Principal at Emerald Coast Painting LLC from 2001 to 2009. They hold an education from C.U.N.A Business School, attended from 1995 to 1998. Outside of their professional commitments, Roy enjoys coaching youth soccer and has a background in playing professionally in Costa Rica.
