Kaline Xavier

Kaline Xavier is an experienced HR strategist with a focus on leadership development, corporate culture, and diversity and inclusion, boasting over 15 years in the field. Currently serving as a Coordinator HRBP at Refit, Kaline has previously held key roles at Claro Brasil, Alares Internet, and Alloha Fibra, where they implemented strategic HR initiatives to enhance organizational performance, reduce turnover, and promote diverse hiring practices. Kaline holds a degree in Psychology from UFRJ - Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, completed in 2012.
