Pamela do Prado

Pamela do Prado is currently a Gerente de riscos at Refit, where they monitor risk limits, assist in model updates, and support the identification and implementation of internal controls. Previously, they worked at Total Express as a transport employee, managing vehicle programming and load tracking, and served as a Líder de customer service at OnTime Log, overseeing a team and enhancing customer interactions. They have also gained experience in transport operations at DHL. Pamela has completed a Técnico Integrado course in Gestão da Logística no e-commerce and another in Introdução à Análise de Dados with Microsoft Power BI, and is pursuing an undergraduate degree in Logística at Universidade Anhembi Morumbi.
