Victor Vilela

Victor Vilela is an experienced supply chain executive currently serving as the Supply Chain Executive Director at Refit since November 2023. Previously, Victor held significant roles at Cargill, including Global Supply Chain Group Director and Supply Chain Director for LATAM, where transformative initiatives led to substantial operational efficiencies and cost optimizations. With earlier positions at Johnson & Johnson, Klüber Lubrication, Wilson Sons, Bunge Fertilizantes S.A., and Solví Essencis Ambiental, Victor has developed expertise in integrated supply chain management, strategic planning, and customer service enhancement. Victor holds a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and an MBA in General Management from ESPM.
