Refit8 is a digital platform that captures, organises and activates assets and materials data across fit-outs, de-fits, and asset lifecycles. Helping define sound commercial and circular economy opportunities.

Facilitates collaboration across design development and sustainable pathway outcomes.

It gives design, construction, and asset teams a single, verified view of what assets and materials exist in a building, enabling better reuse, reducing waste, tracking energy use and supporting climate reporting requirements.

From bespoke on-site data capture devices using AI-powered tools, to integration with key industry platforms, Refit8 streamlines collaboration across demolition, design, and delivery. The result is less double handling and more informed sustainability decisions at every stage of a project, from delivery and beyond.

Built for real-world use, Refit8 supports:
✔ Auditable Scope 1, 2 & 3 carbon pathways
✔ Compliance with AS49,02-2000
✔ Green Star, WELL, LEED supported
