Cristian M. has four years of professional work experience. In 2020, they began working as CTO for refive. Prior to this, they were a Data Engineer at Global Payment Processing AG from 2016 to 2020. Cristian was also a Junior Business Analytics Manager at Affinitas GmbH from 2016 to 2020. Before this, they were a Business Intelligence Intern at Everjobs from 2015 to 2016, where they built and maintained the DWH, reported based on the data model, Google Analytics and CRM tools, and performed ETL processes using tools such as Pentaho Data Integration, PostgreSQL and MS Excel.

Cristian M. began their educational journey in 2008, when they enrolled in the Universidad de Granada to pursue a degree in Ingeniería Técnica en Informática de Sistemas. Cristian graduated in 2011 and continued their studies at the same university, this time obtaining an Ingeniería Informática degree in 2014. In 2012, Cristian also studied at the Technische Universität Berlin for one year.
