Rex Serpe

Rex Serpe is a Senior Avionics Engineer at Reflect Orbital, where they focus on accelerating the sustainable energy transition. They previously worked as a Hardware Development Electrical Engineer and a Starship Avionics Intern at SpaceX. Rex led the design and construction of electrical architecture as the Electrical Team Director for the UVA Solar Car Team and developed an embedded system during an internship at BELLE for a NASA competition. They hold a degree in Computer and Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia, where they also served as an Undergraduate Research Assistant.
