Adam L.

Adam L. currently serves as General Counsel at Reflection AI since October 2025 and is a member of TechGC since August 2023. Prior to this, Adam held several positions at Brex, including General Counsel, VP of Deputy General Counsel, and Senior Director and Head of Corporate Legal from November 2020 to October 2025. Adam was also a Board Member at the Financial Technology Association from August 2022 to December 2023 and served as General Counsel at ODX from May 2018 to November 2020, where Adam contributed to innovative solutions for small business lending. Earlier career experience includes roles at OnDeck as Senior Associate General Counsel and Associate General Counsel, and at Clifford Chance US LLP and Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP in banking, finance, and corporate restructuring. Adam holds a J.D. from Cardozo School of Law, graduating cum laude with a Dean's Merit Scholarship, and a B.S. in Policy Analysis & Management from Cornell University.
