Anton Bulyonov is a seasoned engineering professional with significant experience in managing and leading technical teams. Currently, Anton serves as a Member of the Technical Staff at ReflectionAI since August 2025 and is a Co-founder of the Co-Founders Running Club, which has grown to include over 25,000 runners in 27 cities worldwide. Previously, Anton held the position of Engineering Manager at Google from January 2024 to July 2025, overseeing a team involved in human data collection tooling for various AI products. Prior to that, Anton was a Staff Software Engineer and Tech Lead at Sigma, where focus was on the Data Visualization team, and also served as the Director of Engineering, playing a pivotal role in establishing hiring processes and career development frameworks. At Credit Karma, from January 2017 to April 2020, Anton managed the growth of the engineering team and significantly improved processes, resulting in a 200x revenue increase. Anton holds a PhD in Computer Science and Mathematics from ITMO University and a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Cherepovets State University.
