Francis M. is a skilled technical professional with extensive experience in artificial intelligence and research. Currently serving as a Member of Technical Staff at ReflectionAI since October 2024, Francis has also been a founder at a stealth startup focused on AI and elder care from June 2024 to October 2024. Prior to these roles, Francis worked at AssemblyAI from April 2022 to June 2024, progressing through titles from Researcher II to Research Lead.
