Lucas Maystre is currently a Member of Technical Staff at Reflection AI since 2025. Previously, they served as a Senior Research Scientist at Spotify from 2019 to 2021 and as a Principal Research Scientist at UiPath from 2024 to 2025. Lucas gained valuable experience as a Research Intern at Microsoft in 2016 and held software engineering internships at Google and Facebook in 2010 and 2011, respectively. They earned a PhD in Computer Science from EPFL, where they also obtained an MSc in Communication Systems.
