Ralph Recto is currently a Member of the Technical Staff at ReflectionAI since July 2025. Prior to this role, Ralph served as a Senior Software Engineer on the Gen AI team at Scale AI from September 2022 to June 2025 and worked as a Software Engineer in News Engineering and Corporate Platform Engineering at Two Sigma from August 2016 to June 2022. Ralph has experience as a Teaching Assistant for CS 3110 (Functional Programming and Data Structures) at Cornell University from August 2014 to May 2016, where responsibilities included lecturing, creating problem sets, grading, and holding office hours. Additionally, Ralph completed a Software Engineering internship at Google in the Ads Review team during the summer of 2015. Ralph holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Cornell University.
