Carole Torres brings over a decade of experience in human resources and operations, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources & Compliance at Reflection Window + Wall, LLC since May 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing compliance and operational efficiency. Prior to this role, Carole held the position of Operations & Compliance Manager at the same company and worked as Office Manager at Studio Dwell Architects/Urban Shape Builders from January 2012 to April 2013. Additionally, Carole spent over 14 years at AIMCO as a Contracts Administrator and Executive Assistant. Carole is a graduate of Downers Grove North High School, obtaining a diploma in General studies.
