Corey Garzella has extensive work experience in the field of safety and risk control. Starting in 2014, Corey worked as an intern at Job-Site Safety, LTD and AIAG. In 2015, Corey interned at CNA Insurance as a Risk Control Intern. In 2016, Corey continued at CNA Insurance as a Risk Control Representative until 2018 when they joined Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies as a Loss Control Specialist. In 2019, Corey became the Director of Safety at National Wrecking Company until 2020 when they joined Reflection Window + Wall, LLC as the Safety Director.
Corey Garzella has a strong educational background in the field of environmental, health, and safety. Corey obtained a Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Health, and Safety from Purdue University Northwest, attending from 2011 to 2016. Additionally, Corey is currently pursuing an Executive Certificate in Construction Management from Purdue University - The Graduate School, with an expected completion date in 2024.
Corey has also acquired several relevant certifications to further enhance their knowledge and skills. Corey obtained the OSHA 500 certification as an Authorized Outreach Trainer for Construction from Volunteer State Community College in January 2023. Similarly, in September 2022, Corey earned the OSHA 510 certification in Occupational Safety and Health Standards for the Construction Industry from the US Department of Labor OSHA.
In addition to their degree and certifications, Corey is recognized as a Graduate Safety Practitioner (GSP) by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, although specific details regarding the month and year of obtaining this qualification are not provided.

Reflection Window + Wall is a national architectural building enclosure company. Head quartered in Chicago, IL our projects can be found throughout the United States. We specialize in the engineering, pre-construction and the project management of façade construction. The patented systems we manufacture are designed with the flexibility to satisfy the creative features of designers, developers and architects. In addition to our own manufacturing we have built a strong partnership alliance with the Kawneer Company. This strategic partnership provides our customers with additional technical expertise, engineering resources and product choices. Kawneer’s product range includes, unitized and captured curtainwall systems, railings, shutters and storefronts. Whether it is a structurally glazed window wall, punched opening window, curtain wall or façade component materials, all Reflection Window + Wall products undergo rigorous QAQC observation and testing by Reflection’s employees during the manufacturing process. Prior to the installation of any product, a mock-up of the system is built at an AAMA certified independent third party testing facility. The system then undergoes extensive testing to ensure that it meets the stringent standards for structural, water, wind and temperature performance for the project. The end result is that Reflection Window + Wall is able to provide high performance façade products which achieve the designers architectural design intent, while providing the best monetary value to our customers.
