Douglas Bajack

Douglas Bajack is an experienced quality manager and engineer with a diverse background in architectural fenestration products and project management. Currently serving as the Quality Manager at Reflection Window & Wall, LLC since June 2016, Douglas conducts quality audits and develops quality policies. Previously, Douglas held roles such as Window Wall Project Engineer at Graham Architectural Products, Inc., providing engineering support on custom projects, and Application Engineer at YKK AP America, Inc., assisting branch offices with engineering needs. Douglas has also worked as a Senior Design Engineer at Sherwood Valve LLC, a Sr. Design/Project Engineer at Kawneer Company, and in various engineering and project management roles at TRACO and People's Self-Help Housing, Inc. Douglas holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
