Tracey Butchart

Tracey Butchart is the co-founder and director of Reflective Learning, where they focus on researching and developing resources to enhance Maths and Science education for all learners. With a strong background in education, Tracey has held various roles, including adult basic educator and educational consultant, while also founding Rubricating Works. They have a Master’s degree in Mathematics Education and are currently a PhD candidate at the University of the Witwatersrand. Tracey’s commitment to formative assessment and educational improvement has made a lasting impact in their field.
