Reflective Teens (RT) is a Bangladesh-based non-profit organization established in 2013 as a registered trust. It aims to empower under-resourced schools throughout the country by designing innovative solutions that address the challenges these schools face. Over the last 11 years Reflective Teens has directly engaged over 610,597 students from more than 300 schools. Their impactful work has been recognized both nationally and internationally through prestigious awards such as The Diana Award, the Joy Bangla Youth Award, RIVET 20, and the Ashoka Youth Venture.
